Президент Садыр Жапаров 14 апреля открыл в селе Кара-Кульджа Ошской области новый общественно-культурный центр. Трехэтажное здание собрало под одной крышей то, что раньше было разбросано по всему району: госуслуги, кинотеатр, спортзал, банк и конференц-зал.

Раньше жителям Кара-Кульджи, чтобы получить справку или попасть в банк, приходилось ездить в райцентр или даже в Ош. Теперь всё — в шаговой доступности.

Что внутри центра

Министр строительства Нурдан Орунтаев доложил президенту: площадь участка — 0,45 гектара. На ней построили здание, где разместились:

помещения для госуслуг (оформление документов, соцвыплаты, налоговые консультации, регистрация прав на недвижимость);
кинотеатр на несколько десятков мест — для детей и взрослых;
тренажерный зал с базовым оборудованием;
отделения банков (можно оплатить коммунальные услуги, открыть счет, получить перевод);
конференц-зал для встреч, лекций и сельских сходов;
зоны отдыха и другие общественные пространства.

Проект, по словам министра, создавали с одной целью — чтобы жителям и гостям района было удобно. Центр работает по принципу «одного окна»: не нужно бегать по разным инстанциям.

Садыр Жапаров лично осмотрел каждый этаж, заглянул в тренажерный зал и кинозал. После этого он пообщался с местными жителями.

«Подобные центры будут открываться и в других районах страны, — подчеркнул глава государства. — Комплексное предоставление госуслуг и социальных объектов в одном месте — это удобно и современно».

Как отреагировали люди

Жители Кара-Кульджи поблагодарили президента. Особенно рады, что в центре есть кинотеатр — раньше ближайший кинозал был за десятки километров. Женщины отметили тренажерный зал: теперь не нужно ехать в город, чтобы поддерживать форму. Пенсионеры — отделения банков: получать пенсию и оплачивать счета можно будет рядом с домом.

«Очень вовремя открыли. У нас молодежь есть, а досуга не было. Теперь и кино посмотреть, и спортом заняться», — примерно так звучали отзывы сельчан.

Что дальше

Опыт Кара-Кульджи планируют тиражировать. Где именно откроют следующий общественно-культурный центр — пока не уточняется, но, по словам Жапарова, работа уже идет. В приоритете — отдаленные и высокогорные районы, где доступ к услугам и досугу ограничен.

Центр уже готов к приему посетителей. О графике работы администрация села обещает сообщить дополнительно.
