Чолпон-Ата, 19 августа. В августе в Чолпон-Ате прошли два больших события — Кыргызско-российский экономический форум и конференция, посвящённая 10-летию Кыргызстана в ЕАЭС. На них собрались политики, бизнесмены и эксперты, чтобы обсудить, чего страна достигла за эти годы и что ещё можно улучшить, передает агентство KG24NEWS.
За 10 лет в составе Союза экономика Кыргызстана заметно выросла. ВВП увеличился почти в четыре раза — до 1,6 трлн сомов, а внешняя торговля с другими странами ЕАЭС выросла до $16 млрд. Страна получила доступ к рынку более 180 млн человек, что помогло компаниям расширить продажи и повысить качество товаров.
Интеграция принесла и социальные выгоды: трудовые мигранты получили проще возможность работать в других странах Союза, ежегодно они отправляют домой более $2 млрд. Дети мигрантов учатся на равных с местными ребятами, а кыргызские студенты могут получить образование в российских учреждениях по квотам.
Важную роль в сотрудничестве играют деловые советы и Торгово-промышленная палата. Они помогают предприятиям находить инвесторов, устранять преграды в торговле и создавать удобные условия для работы. На форуме обсуждались новые идеи, например, проводить «выездной Петербургский экономический форум» прямо в Центральной Азии, чтобы ещё сильнее укреплять связи внутри региона.
Но есть и проблемы. Существуют ограничения на экспорт, очереди и бюрократия на границах, особенно с Казахстаном, а трудовые мигранты сталкиваются с трудностями при адаптации в новой стране. Всё это требует внимания и наибольшего контроля со стороны ЕАЭС.
Президент Торгово-промышленной палаты КР Темир Сариев предложил несколько мер: усилить контроль за выполнением решений Союза, помочь слабым экономикам, создать отдельные «зелёные коридоры» на границе для граждан ЕАЭС, развивать цифровые сервисы и «зелёную» экономику, а также повысить конкурентоспособность товаров внутри Союза.
В целом, за десять лет членства в ЕАЭС Кыргызстан добился ощутимых результатов — экономика растёт, внешняя торговля расширилась, люди получают новые возможности. Форум показал, что интерес к сотрудничеству остаётся высоким, и страна уверенно вступает во второе десятилетие интеграции с амбициями и планами на будущее.
